Major Arcana
The World
The completion
Upright meaning
A cycle closes completely. You walked the whole road and you have earned the pause to acknowledge it.
Reversed meaning
Nearly finished but not quite. Something unresolved needs closing before you move on.
What is in the picture
A figure dances inside a laurel wreath tied with red ribbon at the top and bottom, wrapped in a violet scarf, holding a wand in each hand — the same wand The Magician held one of, at card 1. In the four corners: a man, an eagle, a bull, a lion. The wreath is closed but oval, which makes it a doorway. An ending, and also somewhere to step through.
Love
The relationship reaches fullness, or closes beautifully.
Career
A major project completed. Ready for a larger scale.
One thing you can do
List what you finished in the last twelve months before you set a new goal. Skipping this step is the single most common reason people feel they have not done enough.
Is The World a yes or a no?
Yes, and completely. What you asked about reaches its end — perhaps not in the shape you first pictured, but enough.
Beside another card
A card changes meaning according to what sits next to it. These are the two most common pairings — tap through to read the other card.
