Relationship habits

Very few red flags

Your foundations are solid

Most of your habits in a relationship are healthy ones: you raise things early, you can apologise, and you do not use anger as a tool. That does not mean your relationship never has problems — it means that when it does, the way you handle them does not make things worse.

Where you are strong

  • You raise things while they are still small
  • You apologise without conditions attached
  • You stay respectful even when it is tense
  • You do not use silence or threats to get your way

Worth watching

  • Easy to underestimate how hard this is for someone with different habits
  • You may take on all the emotional regulating until you are worn out
  • Long stretches of steadiness become the default, and defaults get neglected

Putting it to use

The thing worth doing here is not fixing anything, it is keeping it. These habits slip most easily under pressure — a hard stretch at work, a small child, illness. Notice which one goes first when you are tired, because that is your fault line.

Under pressure

When exhausted, an even-tempered person usually goes quiet rather than sharp. If you catch yourself thinking "not worth the effort", that is a sign you need a rest, not a sign the feeling has gone.

And you?

The other results

This is a mirror, not a diagnosis of you or of your relationship. A high score does not mean you are a bad person — it means some of your habits are doing damage, and habits can change. One thing said plainly: if there is violence, threats, financial control or being cut off from the people close to you, that is not a matter of habits and no quiz is the right tool for it — please talk to someone you trust or a support organisation.
