What is in the picture
A man and a woman face each other, each holding a cup, about to exchange them. Above them floats a caduceus of two entwined snakes topped by a winged lion's head — healing, and heat held under control. The two figures are the same height and mirror each other's posture: this is a card of exchange, not of dependence.
